Notice of Regional Director Nominations – Region Three (Eastern Victoria)

The Board of the Australian Dairy Farmers Corporation Ltd (ADFC) confirms that the Annual General Meeting of ADFC (Meeting) will be held on Thursday, 24 November 2022 at 7:00pm (AEDT). Further details in respect of the Meeting will be provided in the Notice of Meeting (Notice) to be dispatched to Shareholders in the coming weeks.

The Board notes that Douglas Hanks is the current Regional Director for Region Three (Eastern Victoria) and is resigning from the Board effective from the conclusion of the Meeting. Accordingly, there will be one vacancy for the position of Regional Director for Region Three (Eastern Victoria). To fill this vacancy and in accordance with rule 13.5 of the Constitution, an item of business at the Meeting will be the election of a Regional Director for Region Three (Eastern Victoria).
