ADFC farmers are part of a cooperative organisation: this means to become a supplier, you must become a shareholder. The majority of our board of directors are also shareholders. At every level, ADFC members are committed to the success of the organisation – as workers, decision-makers, and leaders.
The ADFC took a really personal approach from day one, making it clear we would fit in well. Since signing the contract seven years ago, we haven’t looked back.
